Bill Power is time and billing software that works directly with your Calendar - Lotus Organizer, Microsoft Outlook, or Symantec Act!.

The program loads data from your calendar, sorts and summarizes billable entries (including value-added taxes), and provides full-featured invoice and timesheet formatting, printing, archiving, data export (to spreadsheets, databases, and QuickBooks), and e-mail capabilities.

Bill Power adds support for networked workgroups using Microsoft Exchange by loading data from all Outlook folders, including Public Folders and Mailboxes. Outlook (included with Microsoft Office), Organizer (included with Lotus SmartSuite) and Act! are some of the most powerful and popular Calendars in use today.

The Bill Power point and click user interface is easy to learn and use. The Main View presents a familiar Windows explorer view of billable entries, sorted by folder, category, contact, and company. Set a date range, select a category (or all categories), click the Load button, and data from your Calendar is automatically loaded, sorted, summarized, and presented to you for review.

The Print Preview shows exactly how reports and invoices are formatted for printing. Invoices can also saved and loaded as files for record keeping.
