Did you ever wonder why keyboard manufacturers imprint the words "Print Screen" on a key that refuses to print what you see on your screen? This key lives up to its name if you're working in DOS, but Windows users have long been denied its "press and print" convenience...until now! ScreenPrint allows you to continuously print and/or capture as many Windows screens as you like simply by pressing your Print Screen key. This is particularly useful when browsing the Web. While browsers can save images you see on Web pages, they will not print or capture user-defined areas that include images, backgrounds, text and other elements. In ScreenPrint, a screen capture is an image of your screen that is temporarily stored on your hard disk until it is deleted or permanently saved. Every time you press your Print Screen key, your screen will be captured and displayed as both an actual-size image and a thumbnail in ScreenPrint's image viewers. You can capture and/or instantly print a screen image, or you can just capture it and work with it at a later time. When you select a captured image, you can print or fax it, save it to different graphic formats, examine it close-up with the Zoom feature, edit it in the Image Editor, or easily attach it to an email message that can be sent using PicturE-Mail, ScreenPrint's built-in email program. This download is the free trial version of ScreenPrint Platinum. The full version can be purchased directly from the author. See program documentation for details. |
